Ingredients

  • 2 Tilapia Fillets Fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Lightly coat the fillets with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Season both sides of the fillets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, increase cooking time by 1–2 minutes. Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables for a balanced meal.
