Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Lightly coat the fillets with olive oil or cooking spray.
Season both sides of the fillets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, increase cooking time by 1–2 minutes. Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables for a balanced meal.
