Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp garlic powder in a bowl. Roll into 1-inch balls.
Bake meatballs on the sheet for 15-18 minutes until cooked and lightly browned.
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, hoisin, rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, sesame oil, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Simmer 3-5 minutes until thick.
Toss baked meatballs in the BBQ sauce until coated.
Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl for spicy mayo. Adjust heat to taste.
Spread spicy mayo on a plate, top with BBQ Meatballs, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil meatballs for 2 minutes after baking.
