Ingredients

Chicken Tenders Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breast fillets boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, and salt
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs

Fries Ingredients

  • as needed russet potatoes cut into fry shapes

Instructions

  • 1. Dredge the chicken tenders in flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat them in seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • 2. Chill the breaded chicken tenders in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and crispy.
  • 4. For the fries, cut russet potatoes into fry shapes and soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes.
  • 5. Double fry the potatoes at two different temperatures (325°F and 375°F) to achieve a crispy exterior and fluffy interior.
