Instructions
Dice the sushi-grade tuna into ½-inch cubes and place in a medium bowl.
Pour fresh lime juice over the tuna, ensuring it’s fully submerged. Let sit for 5-7 minutes.
Add chopped red onion and minced jalapeño to the bowl. Stir gently to combine.
Drizzle in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and fold in chopped cilantro. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Just before serving, add diced avocado and lightly toss to mix.
