Ingredients

Base

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 for juiciness
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles sliced
  • 3 tbsp secret sauce mayo + ketchup + relish + paprika

Toppings

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado ripe avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Prepare the base by washing and drying the baby spinach. Place it in each serving bowl.
  • Season the ground beef generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Form into patties without overworking the meat.
  • Cook the patties on a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • While the patties cook, prepare your toppings such as slicing the cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
  • Assemble the bowls by placing the cooked patty on top of the spinach base, followed by the toppings and shredded cheese.
  • Drizzle the secret sauce over the assembled bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, use lentil or black bean patties and dairy-free cheese. For keto, swap regular buns for cauliflower rice.
